This gives us the option to let you choose the delivery day best suited for you during the checkout page. We aim to give all orders, subject to postcode, an option for a delivery within the first 2 working days of your purchase. We stock 90% of our items, ready for quick dispatch. One day before your selected delivery date, we will send you an SMS to confirm dispatch with a 6-hour delivery timeslot, therefore be sure to provide an update to date mobile contact number. If you’re unsure what delivery date is best for you. We will send you an SMS within 24 hours of purchase with a link allowing you to choose or change your delivery date. 1. Do your products come with a guarantee?

Yes. All our beds and mattresses come with 5 Year Warranty & 60 Night Trial. If you’re not happy with your product, feel free to contact us via our helpdesk.

2. How long will it take to be delivered?

Your bed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. You will receive a text and email with a tracking link which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you several days before the delivery.

3. Can I specify a delivery date?

We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via our helpdesk to let us know your delivery preference.

4. How is this item delivered?

Small single or single divan bases will arrive as one whole unit. 
Small double, double, king & super king divan bases will arrive in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home. 
The headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed. 

5. Can I buy the bed on its own without a mattress?

Yes. The bed will be without a mattress unless you select one of our handpicked best sellers as a bundle to get an even bigger saving. You can do this by selecting a mattress above.

6. Is everything provided to assemble the bed?

Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver.

7. How easy is it to assemble?

Very easy! We know you don’t want to spend all day fiddling around with tools, so we provide everything you need to put your bed together in five minutes or less.

8. Does it come with a headboard?

Yes! You get a free headboard with your bed in the same stunning design as the one pictured in the image above.
